1. Information you choose to share

If you email Axorint, you may share your name, company, email address, product requirements, destination and any attachments. We use relevant information to respond, research the request and discuss potential services.

2. The email request builder

The request builder processes the details you enter within your browser to prepare a message. This website has no submission backend and does not save the draft in cookies or local storage. Preparing a message does not send it. Opening your email app or copying a message lets you decide how and when to send it through your chosen email service.

3. Website delivery and technical information

The website is hosted through Cloudflare. Hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, request timestamps, browser details and security events to deliver and protect the website. This version of the website includes no advertising pixels or third-party analytics scripts.

4. Cookies and browser storage

The website’s own code does not set tracking cookies or persist your request details in browser storage. If you choose Light or Dark appearance, only that preference is saved in your browser’s local storage. Choosing System removes the saved override and follows your device’s color preference. Hosting security features and external sites or email services may have their own practices. Those practices should be reviewed with the relevant provider.

5. Sharing information to handle a request

If a sourcing engagement is agreed, relevant information may need to be shared with sellers, suppliers, logistics providers or communication service providers to carry out the agreed steps. The information required depends on the request. Providers may be located in different countries.

6. Retention and security

Inquiry and service records may be retained as needed to respond, manage an agreed engagement and meet applicable obligations. Axorint’s final retention periods and security procedures require business review. Please avoid including payment credentials or sensitive identity documents in an initial email.

7. Your questions and requests

Contact hello@axorint.com with privacy questions or requests about information you have shared. Any applicable access, correction, deletion or other rights depend on the relevant law and the circumstances of the request.

8. Changes and review items

This notice should be updated if website features, service providers or information practices change. Before adopting a final policy, Axorint should confirm the responsible legal entity, business contact details, applicable privacy obligations, retention periods, provider practices and any required cross-border disclosures.
