Practical answers before you begin. For anything specific to your product or purchasing needs, get in touch.

What kinds of products can you help source?

We review individual and business requests for products from Asia and Europe. Share the product details, quantity and destination so we can assess feasibility. We do not publish a guaranteed product catalogue, and some goods cannot be purchased, exported or imported.

Which sourcing and delivery regions do you focus on?

Our primary sourcing regions are Asia and Europe, with customers and delivery destinations in the United States and Canada. Specific origin countries and shipping routes depend on the product, seller and available logistics options.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no single minimum that applies to all requests. Individual items may be possible, while business purchases can be subject to a supplier’s minimum order quantity. We will discuss the relevant conditions for your request.

How do I request a quotation?

Email a product URL, photo or description to hello@axorint.com. Include quantity, destination and any budget or timing preferences. You can also use our contact page to prepare an email. Where a request is feasible, we can discuss a quotation and its scope.

What should I expect in a quote?

A quotation should explain the proposed purchasing scope, applicable service fees, known shipping costs and relevant conditions. It should identify any estimates or excluded items. Prices and availability may change, so review the quote’s validity and conditions before accepting.

How are payments arranged?

Payment arrangements, accepted methods, currency and any required deposit are confirmed in the quotation or written agreement. Do not send payment card information in an email or an initial request. The website does not collect or process payments.

How does international shipping work?

We can coordinate shipping through logistics providers within the agreed scope. Options depend on the goods, origin and destination. Carrier service, tracking availability, shipping cost and delivery estimates are assessed for the request; delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Who pays import duties and taxes?

Duties, taxes, brokerage and customs-related charges may apply depending on the goods and destination. The quotation or written agreement should clarify who is responsible and which charges are included or excluded. Ask about these costs before you agree to a purchase.

Can you source restricted or regulated goods?

Every request is subject to review. We do not assist with prohibited goods or attempts to evade export, import or carrier requirements. Restricted or regulated products may require specialist approvals, documentation or handling and may fall outside our service scope.

Can I cancel a request or return an item?

Contact us before committing to a purchase to understand cancellation and return conditions. Once a seller order or shipping service is booked, options may depend on supplier terms, purchase status and applicable consumer rights. Some costs may be nonrecoverable. We do not offer a universal returns or cancellation guarantee.

Can you help with recurring business procurement?

Yes, recurring procurement needs can be discussed. Tell us the specifications, quantities, expected frequency and destination. Each engagement and order requires an agreed scope; previous availability does not guarantee future supply.

Can I send a photo instead of a product link?

Yes. Attach a clear photo to your email and add any brand, model, size or material details you know. The email composer on this website does not upload attachments; attach photos in your email app before sending.
